True Sustainability Across the Packaging Chain

DuPont and partners showcased a landmark project on nutrition, packaging and the circular economy at Interpack 2017. The Virtuous Circle project report was launched ahead of leading global packaging forum. The project kicked-off in October 2016 with the delivery of the first wave of FUTURELIFE Smart food pouches to South African schools. These innovative multilayer film pouches are used to provide drinking water and a nutritious meal in one package that can be easily transported over long distances to remote areas and requires no need for refrigeration.
