Sunbloom® BEV is a finer plant-based protein with similar properties to Sunbloom® PRO. This solution has been designed to enhance mouthfeel in low-viscosity products like milk alternatives, or for protein and fibre enrichment in ready-to-mix, ready-to-drink, and fruit preparations.
