According to Henrik Stamm Kristensen, president of the company, the main objectives of the company are a "strong" bet for R&D, development of new functional food ingredients formulas and a worldwide expansion based on one of its last developments: a "portable" factory that fits in a standard 40 feet (12.9 meters) container, transportable by boat.

Founded in 1996, during the last year the company increased its revenue over 10% to reach 31 million euros, and the first half of this year has done 25% over, compared with the same period of the last year. According to the Chief Financial Officer Jose Miguel Carretero, based on this business model and its new "mini-factories", the company expects to triple its revenue in 2015.
