07 Oct 2014 --- Nutegrity has added whey protein isolates to its line, which already includes rBGH-free and goat 80% whey protein concentrate. All of Nutegrity’s dairy protein offerings are made from rBGH-free milk sourced from local farms, processed using low temperature ultrafiltration and gentle drying, and available in either kosher or non-kosher.
“Protein is something that consumers are familiar with and know they need more of in their diets. As a result there has been in a huge increase in demand for specialty protein ingredients, and dairy-based proteins in particular,” stated Matt Phillips, Chief Commercial Officer, Nutegrity. “Our protein offerings offer functional food and beverages manufacturers a way to safely boost the protein content of their products, utilizing ingredients that are familiar to consumers and easy to formulate with. They can also feel good in knowing that all of Nutegrity’s dairy proteins are sourced and manufactured in the U.S.”
