Next Generation Ingredients to be Unveiled at VitaFoods Europe
More than 150 new products from leading manufacturers are expected to make up the New Products Zone this year, which is located at the show entrance and will act as an invaluable tool in helping visitors plan their whole visit during their time at Vitafoods Europe.
4 April 2012 --- A nutraceutical ingredient that stimulates bone-producing cells, a bergamot juice extract that reduces cholesterol and a bacteria that supports immune defences are among the latest innovations appearing in the New Products Zone at Vitafoods Europe from 22-24 May 2012.
More than 150 new products from leading manufacturers are expected to make up the New Products Zone this year, which is located at the show entrance and will act as an invaluable tool in helping visitors plan their whole visit during their time at Vitafoods Europe.
Products include CaloriSorb from Aenova Holding GmbH which reduces fat absorption for weight management, BONOLIVE from BioActor, the only bone health ingredient from olive polyphenols, Mucosave from Bionap S.r.l, the first ingredient specifically created for mucosal protection, plus Bergavit which reduces plasmatic cholesterol, Lactobacillus L. casei 431, a probiotic chewable tablet from Chr. Hansen A/S, Lafti L10 from Institut Rosell-Lallemand which supports immune defences, Performances Synergy from Novastell, a unique association of DHA in the form of phospholipids and a high concentration of phosphatidylserine for sportsmen and Avoslim capsules from PPF Hasco-Lek S.A recommended for people who want to lose weight.
The New Products Zone is always a popular feature with visitors to Vitafoods Europe, as Chris Lee, Event Director explains: “The New Products Zone provides professionals with inspiration for new ingredients, as well as enabling them to identify the companies behind the innovations who they can visit on the show floor.

Finished Products Expo, which is co-located with Vitafoods Europe, will have its own New Products Zone at its entrance where the latest dietary supplements launched in the last 12 months will be on display.
