01/07/05 In collaboration with Barentz’s Belgian representatives, Roquette recently hosted a special seminar on chocolates entitled “Belgian Chocolate, Belgian Pride” near Brussels at the end of May. Many local chocolate manufacturers attended.
Health is today’s key preoccupation and confectionery products like chocolate are obviously affected. During the seminar, Roquette clarified the current concerns, while reassuring attendees with some efficient proven solutions.
