Ingredion Launches New GOS Prebiotic Ingredient

Galacto-oligosaccharides are some of the most studied oligosaccharides in the world, and provide numerous digestive and immune health benefits.
The introduction of BIOLIGO galacto-oligosaccharides provides infant formula, functional food, beverage, and dietary supplement manufacturers with a new safe, high-quality source of prebiotic soluble fiber to enhance the nutritional profile of their products.
BIOLIGO GOS is a part of the company’s portfolio of innovative nutritional solutions that deliver meaningful health benefits to consumers across life stages. BIOLIGO™ GL 5700 IMF is made from food grade lactose, it is in the form of a syrup and contains a minimum of 57% GOS (dry basis).
