24 Nov 2021 --- Diverse and well-connected agri-food systems are better equipped to absorb sudden shocks like COVID-19 and secure food supply. This is according to the State of Food and Agriculture report (SOFA) by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), which warns that 3 billion people worldwide are currently unable to afford a healthy diet.
