“At FiE 2024, we represented both Lapi Gelatine and Juncà Gelatines, bringing together our comprehensive portfolio of gelatine and collagen products from three origins — bovine, fish and porcine,” reveals Da Lozzo. “This joint offering allowed us to meet the diverse needs of our clients across food, supplement and nutraceutical applications.”
“We showcased our product brands Lapigel for gelatine, as well as Peptolap and Protesol for collagen peptides. These products underline our dedication to delivering quality, functionality and innovation across all sectors.”
