The health of the planet combined with personal health were key drivers of innovation showcased during Fi Europe and Hi Europe 2022 in Paris (Dec 6 - 8). Nutrition and well-being were highlighted, while alternative proteins and plant-based innovation were booming. Sustainability, local sourcing and innovating cost-effective solutions were also underscored as trends within F&B and nutrition.
