Maggie Q launches “self-care” prebiotic to boost metabolism and manage weight
25 Jul 2023 --- Actress Maggie Q’s wellness brand ActivatedYou has unveiled Morning Complete, a prebiotic, probiotic nutrient-blended supplement. The wellness drink – consisting of six blends – supports overall health and well-being by boosting metabolism and managing weight and energy levels.
ActivatedYou was founded by health advocate, animal rights activist and actress Margaret Denise Quigley, “Maggie Q” and Dr. Frank Lipman, a gut-health expert and integrative medicine pioneer.
The formula has a high fiber content, an array of antioxidants and adaptogens and an army of “green superfoods” squeezed in. Regular use could support the liver, cellular function and glucose levels.
The adaptogens blend features astragalus root extract, Rhodiola rosea root extract and diindolylmethane that support the body’s response to stress and fatigue.

According to the company, ActivatedYou shields the body from oxidative stress, fosters a positive mood and stimulates mental clarity.
The “prebiotic, high-fiber” blend is a combination of chicory root fructooligosaccharides, cinnamon bark and nutrient-rich green vegetables that help beneficial gut bacteria thrive in the microbiome.
