Spanish Alvinesa Natural Ingredients reveals it has purchased the two companies and states the deal strengthens the group’s market presence in grape seed oil, tartaric acid and cream of tartar, as well as biofuels, functional foods, dietary supplements, grape tannins and polyphenols, functional additives for animal feed and both food-grade and industrial alcohols.
