New Zealand company Bevie, are bringing their Mad Millie brand into the UK. “At the moment there is a big trend toward people wanting to know more about what foods they’re eating and how foods are prepared. With the Mad Millie brand, we’ve created a easy and simple to use at home kit, so you can make a range of products yourself. Everything you need to make the product is in the kit, including specialized ingredients and equipment and instructions. So, you can learn to make things you eat every day in your own kitchen,” Saskia Thornton says at the PLMA in Amsterdam. “Greek yoghurt – cultures, thermometer and you can make Greek yoghurt at home in less than 24 hours. We also have coconut yoghurt, as we see a big dairy free trend.”
