24 Oct 2022 --- Florencia Moreno, global business development manager at Rousselot Health and Nutrition, explores the holistic benefits of collagen, and details the results from the company’s new digitalized clinical study using a decentralized hybrid approach with the support of digital apps to explore collagen peptides’ gut health benefits. In product development, this digital approach is an innovative, cost-effective and quicker way to conduct inclusive research projects than a traditional clinical study. She stresses that the collagen format is key, and the preference differs widely among market segments, age groups and geographics. During the study, around 80% of participants said they prefer collagen in powder format.
