    Inside Naturex’s expansion and diversification strategy

    Naturex is firming up its presence in the natural nutrition market with the acquisition of Swedish Oat Fiber, a specialized manufacturer of oat dietary fibers, oils and proteins. Olivier Rigaud, CEO of the French-headquartered group says this latest bolt-on acquisition will strengthen Naturex’s position and the company’s strategy for organic and external growth.
    Naturex recently reported a slight decline in Q3 sales, which was put down to integration efforts of several recent acquisitions.
