The benefits of a consuming a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids are supported by vast and solid research. Due to the varied sources of omega 3 ingredients such as fatty fish, almond, flaxseeds and chia seeds, the offering of omega 3 rich food and beverage products is wide. Omega 3 ingredients may go through the occasional rough patch, but they are definitely here to stay. From juices to cereal mixes, new product launches are diverse.
