  • Most Novel Ingredient: celebrates new ingredients that are truly innovative and offer measurable benefits

The closing date for entries is 30 April 2017, when the expert panel of judges will select a shortlist of finalists. The winners will be announced on 13 June 2017 at the Bridge2Food 7th Sports & Active Nutrition Summit.
